R1), Daya (Eg. 1300 watt) dari sana kita dapat menentukan/ mengetahui (lihat di perincian kwitansi/ tanya PLN di hotline 123/ Data TDL) ... Misal Biaya Beban (BB): Eg. Rp. 39.130,- karena perhitungan pemakaian listrik bersifat progresif, maka perhitungannya sebagai berikut ... (Harga yang tertera hanya ilustrasi) Biaya Batas 1 / biaya pemakaian per kwh utk konsumsi antara 0-20 kwh (B1): Eg. Rp. 385,- Biaya Batas 2 / biaya pemakaian per kwh utk konsumsi antara 20-40 kwh (B2): Eg. Rp. 445,- Biaya Batas 3 / biaya pemakaian per kwh utk konsumsi diatas 40 kwh (B3): Eg. Rp. 495,- Selain itu kita juga perlu tahu Pajak Penerangan Jalan (PPJ) di daerah kita (berbeda di setiap kota) Kalau bayarnya lewat bank/PPOB ada biaya adminnya (ADM) Eg. BNI: Rp. 1.600,-, kemudian dimasukkan ke persamaan: A(kWh), B(Rp.) asumsi: pemakaian listrik diatas 60 kwh / bulan, PPJ, bayar lewat BNI. ( BB+(B1x20)+(B2x40)+(B3x(A-20-40)) ) x (100%+PPJ) + ADM = B ( 39130+(385x20)+(445x20)+(495x(A-20-40)) ) x (100%+9%) + (1600) = B ( 39130+7700+17800+ 495A -9900-19800) x 109% + 1600 = B ( 495A + 34930) x 109% + 1600 = B 539.55A + 39673.7 = B |
2. Cari persamaan sistem pra bayar: tarif Listrik Pra Bayar (LPB) dibedakan berdasarkan daya terpasang di rumah kita (Lihat di halaman TDL2010) ... Kalau belinya lewat bank/PPOB ada biaya adminnya (ADM), setiap kali beli TOKEN. Eg. BNI: Rp. 1.600,-, kemudian dimasukkan ke persamaan: A=kWh, B=Rp. asumsi: misal per kWh = 663 ( B - ADM - ((B-ADM)x9%) / 663 = A ( B - 1600 - ((B-1600)x9%) / 663 = A ( B - 1600 - 0.09B + 144) / 663 = A ( 0.91B - 1456) / 663 = A B = 728.57A + 1600 3. Tentukan A(kWh) & B(Rp.): gabungkan 2 persamaan di atas 539.55A + 39673.7 = 728.57A + 1600 A = 254.33 kWh 728.57 x ( B - 39673.7 ) = 539.55 x ( B - 1600 ) B = Rp. 186.900,- Artinya: nilai diatas menunjukkan nilai batas impas antara sistem pasca bayar dan pra bayar. Di BAWAH nilai tersebut, lebih efisien & ekonomis menggunakan SISTEM PRA BAYAR. Di ATAS nilai tersebut, lebih efisien & ekonomis menggunakan SISTEM PASCA BAYAR. (bisa dicoba dengan metode trial & error) INGAT! ASUMSI YANG DIGUNAKAN ADALAH: Golongan R1, Daya 1300 watt 4. Cari rata2 riil pemakaian 1 th Hitung rata2 pemakaian / pembayaran PLN terakhir selama 1 tahun (semakin besar sample semakin bagus, dengan catatan tidak ada penambahan alat listrik baru dalam periode tersebut dan pemakaian NORMAL). Eg. Pemakaian saya ketemunya 344.2 kWh / bulan atau Rp. 226.413,- / bulan 5. Ambil kesimpulan Nilai batasnya : 254.3 kWh / bulan atau Rp. 186.900,- / bulan. Pemakaian rata2 saya : 344.2 kWh / bulan atau Rp. 226.413,- / bulan. Artinya pemakaian rata2 saya di ATAS nilai batas. |
